Easy Berry Smoothie

Smoothies are a great addition to your diet if made from delicious and nutritious berries! Perfect for breakfast, an afternoon snack or dessert after dinner, this recipe is a simple but tasty base.


— 1½ cups of mixed berries
— ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
— ½ cup orange juice
— ¼ cup pineapple juice
— 1 tablespoon honey
— 2 tablespoons of oats


Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth, about two minutes. Add water a little at a time if you desire a smoother texture.

Top with a garnish of berries.

Vegan? Try this recipe with a vegan soy or almond milk plain yogurt. Instead of honey, add about 1½ tablespoons of sugar or your favorite sweetener—or no added sweetner at all!
